Ruby’s Diner, the retro diner that has tantalized diners for years with its iconic menu of premium burgers, deluxe shakes and malts, and All-American fare will celebrate its 31st Anniversary by offering the Classic RUBYBURGER with fries for the special price of $3.10 (for 31 delicious years!) from 11:30 a.m. to close on Monday, January 27th, at all Southern California Ruby’s Diner locations The Classic RUBYBURGER is made with fresh premium natural USDA Choice beef, crisp lettuce, tomato, RubySauce and your choice of double-thick American, Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack or low-fat American Cheese on a grilled bun. “This is the burger that launched the Ruby’s brand 31 years ago,” says founder Doug Cavanaugh. “It’s still simple and delicious after all these years, and we’re thrilled to say ‘thank you’ to our loyal Ruby’s guests by offering them our classic burger at a classic price!”
