45 Day Dry Aged Waygu Steak at enoSTEAK

Enosteak restaurant, located in the luxurious Ritz Carlton Dana Point will be serving a 7 ounce, 45 day dry-aged Mashima Farms American Waygu New York steak in enoSTEAK starting Saturday, June 18. There will be a limited number of these exceptional steaks and they will be priced at $90.
Mishima Ranch Wagyu Beef is boutique beef produced in limited supply. From the selection of the best cattle through every step of the raising and feeding process, Mishima Ranch’s production system is designed to maximize flavor, tenderness, and consistency. All Mishima Ranch cattle are 50% to 100% Wagyu. The non-Wagyu portion of these cattle is Angus, another breed known for its quality and consistency.
