I love Pizza! Well I guess you could say I love/hate pizza. When you go to different pizza places you either get fantastic pizza or blah pizza.  I had heard about this new place called Blaze Pizza . There is one opening up in Laguna Niguel but it isn’t quite open yet so I found one in the Shops at Mission Viejo.

BLAZE ORDERING PROCESS

When you belly up to the counter there is a HUGE sign overhead that tells you how to order. You basically can pick from their Signature Pizza’s or you can create your own. And get this…… ALL TOPPINGS ARE FREE!! What’s that you say? Say it isn’t so! Yep you heard me right. All toppings are included in the price of the pizza. It also says that they cook it in 180 seconds. You can bet I was going to time it and it really is true!! It was almost 180 seconds on the dot! I see where they got their name from!

My order was a create my own pizza with half cheese and half ham and pineapple (I was sharing with my 3-year-old and she only wanted cheese), a Blood Orange Lemonade and a S’mores Pie. It was piping hot (of course since I just saw it come out of the oven) and smelled delicious! I took a bite and it was perfect! The crust was thin, the sauce was the perfect amount and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.

This pizza is probably one of the best pizza’s I have ever had. It was so flavorful! You could see the Oregano on top. Oh and the S’mores Pie! To die for I tell ya! They heat it up in their oven so it also comes out hot and ooey gooey. This place is super inexpensive and really really good. I highly recommend you check it out!
