Bruxie Adds Premium Line-Caught Tuna To Menu
The new Albacore Tuna will be featured in the following menu items:
- Premium Line Caught Oregon Tuna Melt – Premium White Albacore, Tillamook Cheddar, Romaine Lettuce & Tomatoes
- Premium Line Caught Oregon Tuna Salad – Premium White Albacore, Romaine & Arugula, Avocado, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Fresh Chives
All Bruxie locations are open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Their menu features Bruxie’s authentic Belgian waffles, as well as salads, locally produced old-fashioned cane sugar sodas, real Wisconsin frozen custard, shakes, sundaes and floats. Bruxie proudly serves Peet’s Coffee & Tea products. All locations feature indoor and outdoor seating.

Bruxie is a new take on The Sandwich, using a creative version of an authentic Belgian Waffle as the bread. The waffle is light, airy, crispy, yeasty and not sweet. Bruxie Waffles are paired with quality seasonal ingredients, offering both Savory choices like Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Prosciutto & Gruyere, and Hot Pastrami, as well as a variety of Sweet options such as our Seasonal Crème Brulee, Nutella & Banana and S’Mores.
