Islands Restaurants has some sizzling new special on their menu this summer. For beer lovers, Islands has partnered up with Southern California-based Left Coast Brewing Co. to create an exclusive new brew just in time for summer. It”s called Hula Bay IPA has it has a light bodied draft with hoppy aromas of citrus, grapefruit, tangerine and pine. it’s available only at Islands restaurants for a limited time.
If you are more of a cocktail person, you don’t want to miss the Colada Sunset!
This tastes like vacation in a glass and I highly recommend it! The Colada Sunset is a twist on the classic piña colada with pineapple, coconut cream and a float of Myers’s Rum.
Both beverages pair very well with Islands Heat Wave Burger. Returning for a limited time, the Heat Wave Burger is topped with grilled Serrano chilies, grilled green chilies, melted pepper jack cheese, and spicy mayo. Order a glass of milk because your mouth will be hot!
Happy Hour At Islands
In addition to the new summertime menu items, guests are able to enjoy Islands’ happy hour deals in the bar area every Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., with late night happy hour available at select locations.
Nothing says happy hour like cheddar bacon cheese fries! And adding bacon to anything always sounds like a great idea.

Islands chicken wings are also a nice choice. My 5 year old daughter devoured these and she barely weighs 30 lbs. Get the BBQ unless you like them sweet. Then you should order the Teriyaki flavor.

Along with food and drink specials, each of Islands’ 54 restaurants is giving away custom his and hers beach cruisers this summer. Complete with Hawaiian floral designs and bells, the Freedom Cycle Co. beach cruisers are perfect for riding along the boardwalk. Guests can enter for a chance to win every time they visit an Islands location, and the lucky winners will be selected on August 18.
