Eureka Indian Wells
Last month while vacationing at The Renaissance Indian Wells Resort, my family and I enjoyed a delicious dinner nearby at Eureka.
Eureka is known for their hamburgers and other foods made with locally sourced ingredients, a wide and rotating range of craft beers chosen individually at each location, and artisanal spirits.
I first learned about Eureka from a friend who told me about their amazing selection of whiskey’s, and if you didn’t know by now, I LOVE whiskey so I was immediately drawn to this place. I started off with a Whiskey flight to get the night started and my husband ordered an old-fashioned.
I loved the feel of this restaurant with all of the wood paneling and warm lights . Plus the servers wear awesome T-shirts.
First up were some wagyu lollipop corn dogs. My kids devoured these in seconds.
Speaking of kids, how cool is it that they serve a healthy snack to kids while they are waiting for their food?? As soon as we sat down this awesome dish of watermelon and avocado arrived at our table for my little ones.
For my main dish I ordered something that caught my eye on the menu as soon as I opened it- Lobster Tacos! These aren’t langastino lobsters either. These tacos had legit chunks of real lobster pieces nestled on a bed a cabbage.
See, I was not exaggerating! Check out that claw!!
My husband ordered the

I found the staff to be very well versed on the menu and anytime we had a question our server never had to ask. We are looking forward to coming back again to try the fig burger and the lemongrass pork sandwich! Thanks Eureka!
