One of Orange County’s most prestige hotels The St. Regis in Monarch Beach is hosting an intimate, Farm-to-Feast event taking place at the Botanical Gardens on Sunday, August 17 from 4pm to 8pm
This would be a perfect event for those who enjoy the culinary world!
Focusing on supporting farmers and local artisan products while highlighting culinary offerings throughout the resort, Executive Chef Raj Dixit of Michael Mina’s Stonehill Tavern, Executive Resort Chef Frederic Castan, Executive Chef Graem Blair of Motif Restaurant, the Resort’s Pastry Chef Frederick Moreau, Chef Franck Tassic of Monarch Bay Club, and Larson Warkentin of Club 19, along with 10 other local vendors will be offering their delectable seasonal tastes. Guests will enjoy:
- hand-selected cheeses
- fresh oysters and seafood from Carlsbad Fish and Santa Monica Seafood
- espresso and coffee from Fonte
- fresh produce
- And various charcuterie and meats from the finest vendors in Orange County.
In addition to tasting some of the freshest seasonal produce from Farmer Nick at VR Green Farms, attendees will also indulge in hand-crafted St. Regis Bloody Marys by the resort’s Lobby Lounge mixologists, as well as local wines, live music, and art by Laguna Beach artist.
Tickets are $55 per person, with $10 per person donated to the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano – an exciting educational center that engages individuals, families, and students in fun, hands-on activities that teach practical, environmental solutions at the household and community level.
