The two-course menu starts with a mouthwatering appetizer of lobster potstickers and is followed by a big succulent piece of charred filet mignon with a coriander chimichurri sauce and ginger glazed lobster tail. Seafood lovers will be rejoicing with these bold flavors from the Pacific Rim.
