Firehouse Subs Laguna Woods
Planning for a birthday party is an exciting but stressful task. Food is always my #1 focus because everyone loves good food at a party. This year I had a DisneySide Princess Party for my daughter and since it was a tea party I wanted to have some sandwiches for the adults. I have always driven by Firehouse Subs in Laguna Hills and read great things about them on yelp so I decided I would try their catering.
Firehouse Subs Interior
The Laguna Woods Interior is decorated really fun. It displays local memorabilia and images donated by area fire departments and there is a custom hand-painted mural on the wall.
Catering Menu
If you click on their catering menu here there is a lot to choose from. We ended up getting the deluxe sub platter as it had a little of everything . The deluxe sub platter features provolone with ham and turkey, roast beef and turkey, or ham, Genoa salami, and pepperoni. The Subs also include lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and vinaigrette. Mayo, mustard, and pickles are on the side. Each platter serves 10.
The subs come in a big red box nicely labeled so you know exactly what you are getting. All the subs were neatly assembled and none of the bread was soggy.
If you would like to add extras you can upgrade any platter to a platter pack to include tea or lemonade, Lay’s Classic® chips, cookies, plates, and napkins.
Best of all a large side of pickles comes with every catering order. The onions, mustard and mayo also come on the side for easy convenience. They even give out cute plastic fire hats to all the kids!
All of my guests were very happy with their sandwiches and we are looking forward to trying other menu items next time.
