Fleming’s Two Course $40 Spring Menu

When I think of steak I immediately think Filet Mignon. Call me a steak snob but there is nothing better that a soft, juicy tender piece of meat cooked to perfection.

 Fortunately now  through May 31 Fleming’s is offering a two-course prix fixe menu starring tender filet.

The menu begins with:

• Southwest shrimp ceviche with radish slaw followed by

• Sliced herb roasted filet with cabernet-peppercorn reduction.

Guests may pair the experience with the perfect seasonal cocktail: Fleming’s signature Sage Blossom Smash for $9.95, and can choose to end the evening with a Key Lime tartlet for $9.95
