Free Smashburger on National Burger Day
National burger day is coming on May 28th! What is National Burger Day you ask? It’s a day to celebrate hamburgers!
Hamburgers were invented in Hamburg, Germany, but eating the burger in a bun is actually an American innovation. The hamburger sandwich is said to have been invented in Seymour, Wisconsin.
In honor of this day, Smashburger will be giving away a FREE Classic Smash™ nationwide to anyone with the last name “Burger,” or variations thereof. Examples are: Berger, Weinberger, Rosenberger, etc. These people will receive one FREE Classic Smash™ in recognition of the holiday that celebrates America’s favorite food. This offer is valid for redemption at all Smashburger locations in the United States. Proof of last name is required (i.e. valid driver’s license, passport or picture ID). Limit one Classic Smash per ID.
Smashburger’s signature recipes and Create Your Own burgers are smashed fresh, served delicious every time. Customers can also enjoy a selection of grilled chicken sandwiches, fresh tossed signature salads, along with a variety of delicious sides including rosemary and garlic–seasoned Smashfries, haystack onions, and veggie frites (flash-fried carrot sticks and green beans).
