House of Blues Anaheim Ultimate BBQ Experience!
There are several factors that make up great BBQ food: flavorful sauces, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and live blues music all of which you can find at The House of Blues, Anaheim.
Last week we had the opportunity to taste several of their delicious BBQ dishes as well as take a tour of the V.I.P room. Chef Kelvin Crisostomo presented each dish for us.
Korean BBQ Riblets
First up was the Korean BBQ Riblets. These Marinated pork riblets are slow cooked and placed on a bed of kimchi (currently available on the Foundation Room Menu)
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Next up we tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich. It has Slow-smoked pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw (currently available on the HOB Anaheim Restaurant Menu) . Secure a napkin because this is a messy but marvelous sandwich. Don’t forget to dip your fries in the BBQ Sauce.
Smokehouse St. Louis Ribs
I want to shout from the rooftops just how much I loved these ribs,. They were Dry-rubbed, smoked and covered with BBQ Sauce and served with BBQ baked beans and coleslaw *gluten free (currently available on the HOB Anaheim Restaurant Menu)
Bourbon Bread Pudding
I am more of a chocolate girl but wow, this Bourbon Bread Pudding blew me away. It was sweet, with a hint of banana and the caramel sauce tasted great drizzled on top. This is currently available on the HOB Anaheim Restaurant Menu.)
