New Menu offerings at Bacchus Bar and Bistro
The quaint city of Irvine has a fun neighborhood spot called Bacchus Bar & Bistro where you can stop in for a glass of wine and some light food. They recently announced their spring food, drink and wine tasting menu and Eat Drink OC wants to share it with you.
New Salad Menu Offerings:
Asparagus Salad – asparagus /spring peas / burrata cheese / pancetta lardon / egg yolk / shaved Parmesan / lemon vinaigrette
Mixed Greens – marinated garbanzo / herb crusted goat cheese / heirloom tomato / cucumber croutons / sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Bacchus Bar & Bistro’s rotating list of craft beers offers something for every type of beer drinker from the connoisseur to the casual beer aficionado. As an example, Bacchus’ Beer Meister Aaron is currently pouring Bootlegger’s “Rocco Red”, North Coast “Scrimshaw” Pilsner, Golden Road “Get Offa That Brown”, Unibroue “La Fin Du Monde” Tripel, Lost Coast “Sharkinator” White IPA and Cismontane “Blacks Dawn” Stout.
While craft brew is king in SoCal, wine lovers will not feel left out at Bacchus with their selection of 350 bottles and their Wine Tasting Wednesdays. Held monthly, Bacchus Bar & Bistro invites local wineries to share their wine offerings while on location. On April 29th, Rombauer Vineyards will be sharing five of their delectable wines with Bacchus Bar and Bistro customers (5 glasses for $25 / limited seating available.)
