New Watertable Restaurant at Hyatt HB
New Watertable Restaurant debuts at Hyatt HB
Last week I attended a media event for the debut of a new restaurant called “Watertable” at the Huntington Beach Hyatt. With a sophisticated vibe, contemporary design and distinct Coastal cuisine Watertable takes you to a place that will make your taste buds tingle.
The first thing I noticed when I arrived is the exquisitely modern Andalusian architecture. The floors of the restaurant are absolutely stunning.
There is a gorgeous outside covered patio with beautiful teak tables and chairs.
But what caught my eye was this incredible water dispenser that is anchored from the ceiling. It was such a topic of conversation. It is filled with water that you can fill your glass with at your convenience.
I started off with a delicious rum cocktail. I loved that it had a real flower in it. I believe several of their drinks have edible flowers in them.
I also sampled some of their appetizers. potato and roasted corn empanadas, seasoned almonds, marinated olives and huge prawns that were juicy and meaty.
They also have a great Olive Tapenade. On Sunday nights Watertable features the classic Southern family-style “Meat + three” supper done California-style with Roasted Salmon as one of the protein options, served alongside roasted vegetables, cheddar sage biscuits and apple butter.

There is also a lot of beauty throughout the property next to Watertable. Families can rent bicycles, or you can walk across the street to the beach. There lots of places to just sit and take in all of the scenery.
Watertable is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. For more information visit the Huntington Beach Hyatt on Facebook and on Twitter.
