Paris Baguette Now Open In Aliso Viejo

The City of Aliso Viejo got a new addition to the town center- A Korean inspired Bakery called Paris Baguette! Don’t let the name fool you….This is not the average traditional French Bakery.  Paris Baguette was founded in 1988 and they use proprietary dough that is lighter, and less sweet than traditional dough to create a variety of decadent, unique and sophisticated desserts.

In addition to chef inspired sandwiches and signature coffee, Paris Baguette offers a unique Parisian experience to every customer through a combination of self-serve stations and counter-order in all locations.

Here is a little tour of the inside of the restaurant. They have a beautiful patio under a canopy  that keeps bugs and rain out but still allows for lots of sunshine and fresh air.

They also have amazing sandwiches like this ham and cheese boat and Salami & Roasted Tomato Melt. Look how delicious that melted Mozzerella looks!
