Red Plum and White Peach Sake Sangria
Spring is here which means it’s the perfect time to celebrate with a light and refreshing drink. Benihana has introduced two new cocktails to their lineup. The Red Plum and White Peach Sake Sangrias. Both are sure to impress your taste buds.
Red Plum Sake Sangria
Ingredients
- 13 oz 14 Hands Merlot
- 3 oz sake
- 5 oz plum wine
- 2 oz Monin Hibiscus Syrup
- 3 oz POM Pomegranate Juice
- 6 oz Tropicana Orange Juice
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate until needed.
- Add 5 oz pre-mix and ice into a mixing glass and shake for 10 seconds.
- Pour into an English highball glass, top off with soda water and garnish with an orange slice, lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
- Enjoy!
White Peach Sake Sangria
Ingredients
- 12 oz Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc
- 3 oz Sho Chiku Bai Sake
- 5 oz Hiram Walker Peach Schnapps
- 4 oz Boiron Peach Puree
- 2 oz Island Oasis Passion Fruit Puree
- 6 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate until needed.
- Add 5 oz pre-mix and ice into a mixing glass and shake for 10 seconds.
- Pour into an English highball glass, top off with soda water and garnish with an orange slice, lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
