Orange County Restaurant Week shines at The Vue Restaurant located at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa February 23 – March 1. Renowned Chef Thomas Trevethan creates an astounding array of flavors showcasing his unique culinary style reflecting new California cuisine. The customized menu is priced at $40 including the option to add a four-course wine pairing for only $25.

To begin the delectable experience, guests will enjoy:

• A Cup of Vue’s famous Lobster Bisque with Spicy Crouton, a recipient of the Dana Point People’s Choice Best Chowder Award of 2012.
• As a second course, guests chose between a Wild Arugula Salad with an Apple Vinaigrette or a traditional Mixed Greens Salad jazzed up with a Champagne Vinaigrette.
• For the savory third course, Chef Thomas has prepared three options including: Scallops with a Saffron Risotto and Roasted Peppers, Salmon with a Curry Quinoa and Grapefruit Beurre Blanc, or a savory Coffee Crusted Rib Eye with Porcini Mushrooms and a Cabernet Reduction.
• A dessert of choice completes each meal with either a light trio of Sorbet, a decadent 7-Layer Chocolate Cake, or a rich Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee.
