Do you have easter Brunch or dinner plans yet? I’m about to help you make some! Newport Beach’s newest seafood and steak destination, The Ritz Prime Seafood, is celebrating its first Easter, offering special Easter Brunch and Easter Dinner a la carte menus with live music – all against plush interiors and panoramic harbor views.
A La Carte Easter Brunch
Sunday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; live music at the bar from noon to 4 p.m.
Guests can start at the Bloody Mary Bar and savor the iconic Ritz Egg with smoked salmon and caviar, a Crab & Hamachi Roll, Tempura Veggie Roll, a Create-your-own Ritz Seafood Towerand more. Special Easter Brunch entrees include Egg White Omelette, Lobster Benedict, Brioche French Toast, Short Rib Hash & Eggs, Smoked Salmon Benedict and Ritzy Bison Burger with foie gras, shishito aioli and onion marmalade. Heartier seafood, chicken, steaks and chops are also available as well as satisfying sides and salads such as Jidori Chicken Chopped Salad and The Ritz Seafood Salad with green goddess dressing. Sweets include Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Flourless Cake and an eight-layer Coconut Cake.
Easter Dinner A La Carte
Sunday, March 27, from 5 to 10 p.m.
For holiday toasting, guests can choose from a carefully balanced wine list, beer and sake choices and hand-crafted fresh cocktails like The Ritz 55 (High West Double Rye, Hennessy VS, B&B, Carpano, Absinthe Rinse and lemon rind). Friends and families might start their Easter celebratory meal with American Paddlefish or Ossetra White Sturgeon Caviar served with crème fraîche, egg, chives, red onions and brioche toast points or choose Grilled Oysters, Ahi Tuna Poke or Jumbo Prawn Cocktail. Entrees feature pristine fish selections including John Dory, Faroe Islands Salmon, Block Island Swordfish and Chilean Sea Bass – all served with flavorful sauces. For meat lovers, selections are Jidori Chicken, Dry Aged Prime NY Strip, Filet Medallions and Pork Tomahawk Chop. To accompany entrees, the restaurant offers Taleggio Mac & Cheese, Creamed Corn, Grilled Asparagus and other sides. Sweets include Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Flourless Cake and an eight-layer Coconut Cake.
