Ruby’s Garden Patch Sandwich

There is a sandwich that is not on the menu at Ruby’s Restaurants in Orange County. It’s called “The Garden Patch” and it is my absolute favorite thing to order when we go. It is served on thick sour dough bread and has hard-boiled egg, sliced black olives, sliced tomato, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, sliced cucumber and shredded Parmesan cheese.

It is so buttery and crunchy when you bite into it and it. Plus it isn’t greasy like a hamburger. Just ask for it by name!
