I love it when new restaurants open! Especially Seafood restaurants and even more importantly restaurants new the beach!!! Lucky for me a new seafood restaurant has landed in beautiful Laguna Beach. “Slapfish” opened it’s second Orange County location last month at 211 Broadway Street, across from Main Beach at PCH. The new beachside location carries sustainable seafood prepared with big flavors and offers a variety of Slapfish signature dishes, including Executive Chef Andrew Gruel’s lobster and shrimp rolls, tacos and fish & chips.
The 1,100-sq-ft location, with 10 seats indoor and an extensive outdoor patio, is “grab n’ go” friendly to suit the Laguna Beach lifestyle. Guests will be able to experience the convenience of beachside carryout, with the same Slapfish quality that has made the Huntington Beach flagship restaurant a destination dining spot.

- Lobster Grilled Cheese
- Bacon Wrapped Lobster Dog
To complement Slapfish’s commitment to sustainability on its menu, the new Laguna Beach location will make use of reclaimed materials and strive to earn the 3-Star Certification from the Green Restaurant Association that it achieved at the Huntington Beach flagship location.
