Stacked Celebrates Five Years!

Stacked recently celebrated it’s 5 year anniversary and more than 3 million customized creations later, they are preparing for expansion! This is music to my ears. Stacked is one of my all time favorite restaurants because it is the perfect fit for all of my family’s different tastes. Between picky eaters, Gluten Free diets and allergies Stacked has something for all of us! Right now there are  five high volume location in So Cal and they are preparing to move into new markets in and outside California.

On a recent visit to breakfast there my son ordered a premium set of stacked pancakes. Don’t these look delicious? He added caramel apples, chocolate chips, Nutella and cookie butter.

My other son ordered pancakes with caramel drizzle, Nutella, white chocolate chips, regular chocolate chips, whipped cream and pecans.

I prefered something slightly higher in protein so I got the southwestern scramble. It was packed with chicken, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, jack cheese and I added some sun-dried tomatoes. Yum!

Want something even lighter? Order some yogurt! You can still top it with a bunch of goodies!

And don’t forget the hash browns. For some reason, breakfast never seems complete without hash browns!
