Tame Your Inner Carnivour At Texas De Brazil
if you are predisposed to carnivorous tendencies, you are going to love the new Texas De Brazil in Irvine. The new restaurant boasts an ample 7600 sq. feet of space and the restaurant accommodates 220 guests and features an open-view grill in the dining area, a wine wall, patio and a lounge area. But most of all, this restaurant is sexy! Lots of red and blacks and the interior looked sharp!
Salad Bar
The menu features an elaborate salad area, beautifully decorated by large tropical flowers and featuring 50 fresh gourmet items, such as imported cheeses, charcuterie, Feijoada, roasted vegetables and creamy lobster bisque. To further enhance the dining experience, an extensive award-winning wine list, refreshing Brazilian cocktails and a-la-carte dessert selections are also offered.
Cocktails
I highly recommend the Brazilian Cocktail “Caipirinha”. It’s made with sugarcane, simple syrup, and lime.
Meat
As for the meats, be prepared to try a lot of protein. There are skilled gauchos that walk through the restaurant with the grilled meats on sword-like skewers taken directly off the grill. They stop at each table to carve slices for you. You also have a red and green coasters that you flip over. Red means stop, no more meat and green means yes, come to the table. However, I noticed towards the middle of our meal that those coasters did not really seem to matter. The gauchos will still come to the table and ask if you want more but just politely tell them no once you start hitting a wall.
I was in a meat coma towards the end and I didn’t even have to say anything at that point. They could just see in my expression how full I was LOL.

If you are brave enough to try dessert I highly recommend the chocolate Mousse Cake. it’s sinful and divine and you won’t regret it. Your server will come to your table with a tray full of delectable desserts to choose from. Pick wisely and enjoy!
