Which Wich Aliso Viejo

Move over Subway. There’s a new Sandwich store in town and it’s name is Which Wich. This new and superior sandwich shop is located in the Aliso Viejo Town Center right next to Panini Cafe. I was invited to their friends and family event last week and was able to sample a few of their delicious sandwiches.
Which Wich features a fresh, innovative concept featuring complex sandwiches served in an edgy, magnetic environment. There are over 50 customizable sandwiches including the signature Wicked loaded with five meats and three cheeses. What I loved most was their revolutionary ordering system.
You start by finding the bag with the category you want. Then you grab a red Sharpie, and mark up the pre-printed menu on the sandwich bag. Select your sandwich, then choose the bread, cheese, spreads, and veggies. Your wich is prepared just the way you want it and delivered in your personalized sandwich bag. After you’ve enjoyed your meal, you can grab another red Sharpie, doodle on the back of your bag, and then hang your masterpiece on the community wall.
They also have an awesome kids menu. For $4.00 you can choose the following:
- Peanut butter & jelly sandwich
- Cheese Pizzawich
- Turkey
- Ham
- Grilled Cheese
- Roast Beef
All sandwiches come with a drink and snack.
One of my sons ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and he was very happy with it. It was grilled to perfection and had a nice gooey cheese texture.
My other son ordered a Turkey and Provolone Sandwich. This one was not toasted and the bread was nice and soft. There was also a plentiful amount of meat.
I ordered the chicken Pesto Sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to see that it actually came with thinly sliced chicken breast as opposed to a whole breast. I added all of my favorite topping to it and it was so delicious with the pesto spread.
I also sampled their signature Wicked Sandwich and I have to say that was my favorite one. I was even able to add crispy onions to it. Yum!
Which Wich also serves my favorite thing ever: Crushed Ice! I wish they sold bags of this stuff. I would buy it all of the time.

I was really impressed with the atmosphere of Which Wich. They use a lot of vibrant yellow in the store and I felt like I was walking into sunshine. The workers were super friendly and everyone was smiling too. Andrew Cho, one of the owners was there to personally greet and welcome his guests. They even incorporated a little bit of Which Wich into their wardrobe. We can’t wait to come back and try more sandwiches.
