Wholesome Choice Food Court in LN

There is an awesome new supermarket called “Wholesome Choice”  that has replaced the Ralph’s off of La Paz and Aliso Creek Road in Laguna Niguel. Wholesome Choice is an International specialty market which offers a spectacular array of International specialty and ethnic foods from around the world, as well as traditional and conventional groceries.

They also have an extravaganza Food Court, offering you the finest in ethnic cuisine. They have Persian Cuisine selections as well as  Indian, Italian, Chinese, and Thai. I went recently and tried the Beef Donner. I am usually a huge fan of Koobideh but I saw that someone in front of me had ordered this and I just couldn’t say no.

A very friendly employee behind the counter cut of thin strips of meat for me from a huge roast of beef on a spit. Then I had the option of choosing which sauces I wanted and which salad I wanted. I chose the tzatziki and the shirazi salad. I am very picky about my shirazi salad and this one passed the test.

Here is how my food looked right after it was served to me. It was very fresh and I loved the pickles they added on top.

Here is my husbands Beef Donner. He chose the rice and a mushroom lebni.
